M.P.Ed

 

M.P.Ed. (Two Year Course):

M.P.Ed. First Year

1)Duration of the Course: One Academic Session of About 10 months from July to April

2)Admission Requirements:

                                               a)Applicant should have passed three year B.ED. or B.P.Ed Degree of Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University or of any University incorporated by law in India securing 50% marks.

                                                b)Candidates other than Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University are eligible for admission to B.P.Ed Only if their Degrees are acceptable and recognized by Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University.

                                                 c)Proficiency in games and A candidate who has presented his/her / University In any recognized game will be given preference in admission.

IMPORTANT  NOTES:

1)Any other qualifications claimed by candidate equivalent to the above will be considered only on condition that he/she gets the to those whose qualification do not  satisfy the requirement of the R.T.M. Nagpur University and for this, the college will not be responsible for any consequential damage.

2) After scrutiny of applications, Degrees and the Certificate candidates will be called for Physical Efficiency Test & Personal Interview.

Course of Studies: The Examination shall consist of Following Three Parts:

A) Part-I               Theory                       –                   400 Marks

B) Part-II             Practical  Work          –                   400 Marks 

Subjects:

  1. Foundation of Physical Education
  2. Research Methods in Physical Education
  3. Measurement of Evaluation in Physical Education

Optional Paper:

  1. Recreation
  2. History of Physical Education
  3. Sports Medicine

M.P.Ed. Second Year:

b)Candidates other than Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University are eligible for admission to M.P.Ed. only if their Degrees are acceptable and recognized by Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University

c)Proficiency in games and sports: A candidate who has presented his/her School / College/State/University Team. In any recognized game will be given preference in admission.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

1) Any other qualifications claimed by candidate equivalent to the above will be considered only on condition that he/she gets the clearance from R.T.M. Nagpur University. The college persevere the right to discontinue admission at any time to those whose qualification do not satisfy the requirement of the R.T.M. Nagpur /University and for this ,the college will not be responsible for any consequential damage.
